Yesterday Andy Pettitte threw an eight inning four hit shutout in The New York Yankees 4-0 win over The Cincinnatti Reds. The victory was Pettitte’s first since the 2010 season. Pettitte’s return might inspire other retired athletes to return to sports like… Michael Jordan to The Bulls or “Magic” to The Lakers because we all know that you can take the athlete out of the game but, you can never take the game out of the athlete!!!!!

Mixed Martial Artist Muhammed Lawal AKA “King Mo” has announed that he’ll be spliting his time between fighting for The Strikeforce Promotion and wrestling for TNA. Here’s my take, both Mixed Martial Arts and Professional Wrestling require a massive amouts of training as welll as one hundred percent dedication if Lawal’s not careful he could get seriously hurt doing either one. In closing, two sport athletes are rare in today’s world with that being said, Lawal should pick one sport and stick with it. Besides, only reason TNA signed him is tto draw ratings because noones watching their show!!!

I find it very strange that TNA talent Sting has been voted on to The Wwe’s Alumni Association especially, snice he never wrestled a match for them in his life. Here’s my take, why would Wwe vote Sting on to their Alumni Asssociation if they weren’t planning on sign him to some sort of a contract? I wouldn’t be suprised if Sting showed up some time next year and started a storyline between himself and The Undertaker that would lead to an Historic match between the two at Wrstlemania 29.

Who would’ve thought that the Indiana Pacers would present such a problem for the mighty Miami Heat? as the scene of this Eastern Conference matchup shifts to Indiana tied at a game a peice one must wonder if The Heat weern’t underestimating The Pacers.
Here’s my take, There’s no doubt in my mind that The Heat are guilty of looking ahead to The Conference Finals and be shocked if this series goes the distance.

Triple H worked his way up from a young Midcarder to become the greatest wrestler on god’s green earth and a true main event superstar so to hear some wrestling fans say that Triple H only married his wife Stephanie Mcmahon for money and to improve his standing in Wwe sickens me to no end.  He has four children by her and he really loves her no amount of money can buy that. Another, common misconception about Triple H is that he doesn’t put any wrestlers over.

Tonight The New York Rangers will The New Jersey Devils in game one of The Eastern Conference Finals. In order for The Rangers to this game as well as the series The Rangers must shut down Devils Left Wingers Zach Parise and Ilya Kovalchuk while trying to get shots on goal against Devils goaltender Martin Brodeur. The Ranges must be careful not to give up odd man rushes or take stupid penalties in their own zone. If this postseason series is anything like their regularseason encounters it wil be a back and fourth rollercoaster of emotional non stop action. In closing, this two teams are only seperated by a river and they don’t like each other!!!

I’m a huge fan of Rey Mysterio but, I was not in favor of Wwe’s decision to allow him to win The World Heavyweight Title at Wrestlemania 22. Now, I am also well aware of how close Mysterio and the late great Eddie Guerrero were with being said, I don’t think that the tragic death of a friend is reason enough to place the title him. If The Wwe was going to do that they could’ve and should’ve placed the title on Chavo Guerrero after all he’s Eddie’s nephew you can’t get any closer than that.
In closing, if you watch The Triple Threat Match for the World Heavyweight Titlle at Wrestlemania 22 between Kurt Angle, Randy Orton, and Rey Mysterio you’ll see that the crowd was booing everything that Mysterio did. So, apparently the fans must have agreed with me!!!

The New York Yankees have optioned infielder Eduardo Nunez to Triple-A Scranton prior to their 6-2 win over The Seattle Mariners yesterday.
Here’s my take, it’s no surprise that this move was made since being called up to the Major Leagues on August 19, 2010 Nunez has committed 24 fielding errors in 125 career games. I blame both The Yankees for this because The Yankees have placed him at left field, second base, third Base, and his natural position shortstop. Baseball players are creatures of habit they need to know that they’ll be playing at the same position everyday. On the other hand, the majority of Nunez’s errors are the throwing variety which is unexceptable because he should be able to make an accurate to any base from anywhere on the baseball field!!!

Last night’s 115-96 loss to the Denver Nuggets in game six of Western Conference Semi Finals was the worst performance i’ve ever seen by The Los Angeles lakers in the playoffs!! Laakers Captin Kobe Bryant was sick with a stomach flu but, you weren’t able to tell because he still was diving on the floor for loose balls playing hard at both ends of the court and scored a game high 31 points only receive no help from his teammates in return.
That big softie Pau gasol only scored three points and has been non existent for the entire series scoring wise or at the defensive of the floor.
Don’t get me started on Andrew Bynum if he ran back on defense like he runs his mouth this series would be over!! Quite frankly, he should shut the fuck up and play basketball!
Don’t even metion The Lakers Point Guards Steve Blake and Ramon Sessions they couldn’t make a three point shot if their life depended on it.
In closing, if the rest of the Lakers don’t have the drive to win like Kobe Bryant they should get the fuck off the team instead of being dead weight!
As for tomorrow night’s game seven let me sum it up in three words They’re Going Home!!!

Due to a 2-1 loss at the hands of The Washington Capitals last night, The New York Rangers find themselves in the familar position of having to play a game seven at home in order to advance to the next round. In order to win tomorrow night’s game seven The Rangers must play sixty minutes of consistant hockey at both ends of the ice. At the offensive end of the ice, The Rangers players must get shots to the front of the Capitals net early often to create traffic in front goaltender Braden Hotlby in hope that they might be able to sneak a deflection past him. On the defensive end of the ice, The Rangers must be caerful not to take stupid penalties in their own zone and stop Alex Ovechkin by hitting and knocking down. In closing, The Rangers haven’t been to the Eastern Conference Finals since, 1994 end the drout tomorrow night! Let’s Go Rangers!!!
